Overview

AAMPL operates a comprehensive manufacturing ecosystem across 3 units spanning 1.5 lakh sq ft. Our facility features 203 press machines ranging from 5T to 630T, advanced CNC machining centers, and complete in-house assembly and secondary operations. With Industry 4.0 ready equipment and a capacity to deliver 5M+ precision components monthly, we serve global automotive OEMs with unmatched quality and reliability.

Press Shop

Our state-of-the-art press shop houses 203 pneumatic and hydraulic presses ranging from 5T to 630T, complemented by high-speed stamping equipment and advanced material handling systems. All machines are equipped with PLC controls, overload sensors, cam sensors, auto lubrication, and tonnage calculators — fully Industry 4.0 ready.

CNC Machining

Our CNC machining centers deliver precision components with ±0.005mm tolerance. Equipped with state-of-the-art Tsugami turning centers, HAAS VMCs, and Citizen sliding head machines, we provide comprehensive turning, vertical machining, and high-precision production capabilities.

Welding & Assembly

AAMPL operates 40+ welding stations across all three units — spot, projection, MIG, and TIG — supported by in-house assembly and secondary operations including riveting, tapping, drilling, ultrasonic cleaning, and clean-room inspection. Qualified operators and in-process quality control ensure every component leaves the line to OEM specification.
